Return Steps
- Important! Please first call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-953-1902 to discuss a refund of the product price and to receive a Return Authorization Code to return the product.
- Package the unopened items in a box with our address (see below) and your RMA # written on the box.
- Ship the package back using the carrier of your choice. Shipping insurance and tracking numbers are recommended.
*Money Back Guarantee Terms:
For 1 bottle orders, just return the bottle (unopened) and we’ll give you a refund of the purchase price less s/h for up to 30 days after shipment.
For 3 bottle orders, just return the two unopened bottles and we’ll give you a refund of the purchase price less s/h for the unopened supplements, for up to 30 days after shipment.
For 6 or 12 bottle supply orders, just return the unopened supplements and we’ll give you a refund of the purchase price less s/h for the unopened supplements, for up to 60 days after shipment. Partial returns will be prorated.
Refused Shipments: Please note that an additional $13.95 restocking fee will be assessed to the credit card you provided on all refused shipments regardless of the reason.
